I've been that woman....

Unable to look herself in the mirror, unable to see past my

faults & limiting- beliefs, giving myself nothing but hate and neglect. 

​

My whole life, I believed that I was not worthy of love, money, happiness or success. I neglected parts of myself that were in need of  deep healing & covered up trauma wounds with the hustle 'n' bustle of everyday life.

I had no idea how to start creating happiness & love within myself and believed that my dreams were completely unobtainable.

 

​

At the same time struggled to accept that I could not have the relationship with myself that I knew I deserved and the life my soul dreamed of.

​

​

I knew I could be more....
